Noles in the NFL

Few college programs have the rich history of NFL success that FSU has had the past 30 years. Today takes a look at the former Noles who will be suiting up in NFL training camps this season.

Player-NFL team-(years experience)

**Zero. That will change next year when Christian Ponder gets drafted and with E.J. Manuel waiting in the wing's this situation might change quickly.

Leon Washington, Seattle (5)

Greg Jones, Jacksonville (7)

Antone Smith, Atlanta (1)

**Washington has a new home in Seattle and will hope to be the featured runner. Jones has carved out a nice niche in Jacksonville, while Smith is a longshot to make the team.

Anquan Boldin, Baltimore (8)

Chris Davis, Cincinnati (3)

Preston Parker, Tampa Bay (1)

Rod Owens, St. Louis (1)

Richard Goodman, San Diego (R)

Perhaps no position will remind us with how far we have fallen like Wide Receiver. Sure Boldin is one of the very best, but the other four are struggling for their NFL lives. Jarmon Fortson appears to be next in line and carries a top 3 round grade right now.

Alex Barron, Dallas (6)

Mario Henderson, Oakland (4)

Ray Willis, Seattle (6)

Montrae Holland, Dallas (8)

**Solid group here of veterans. Rodney Hudson and Ryan McMahon will head to the league next year and a player like Andrew Datko has a high ceiling in two years.

Darnell Dockett, Arizona (4)

Brodrick Bunkley, Philadelphia (5)

Everette Brown, Carolina (2)

Chauncey Davis, Atlanta (6)

Andre Fluellen, Detroit (3)

Letroy Guion, Minnesota (3)

Eric Moore, Carolina (5)

Travis Johnson, San Diego (6)

**Not much dropoff on the Defensive Line. Most of these guys are expected to make their respective clubs and it is still a fairly deep group. Markus White heads to the league next year.

Lawrence Timmons, Pittsburgh (5)

Ernie Sims, Philadelphia (5)

Geno Hayes, Tampa Bay (3)

Kamerion Wimbley, Oakland (5)

Kenny Ingram, NY Giants (1)

Dekoda Watson, Tampa Bay (R)

Toddrick Verdell, Houston (2)

**Big year for Ernie, he needs to show that he can be one of the best in the league. He is expected to upgrade the Eagle pass defense. Nigel Bradham is likely headed to the league after this season.

Antonio Cromartie, NY Jets (5)

Bryant McFadden, Pittsburgh (6)

Chris Hope, Tennessee (9)

Patrick Robinson, New Orleans (R)

Pat Watkins, Dallas (5)

Myron Rolle, Tennessee (R)

Tony Carter, Denver (1)

**Cromartie joins Revis to form the best CB tandem in years. It is all about concentration and he figures to be tested some this year. Watkins has carved out a nice career on special teams with some spot duty. We are very curious to see how Myron Rolle does in the league. Carter impressed as an undrafted free agent last year.

Sebastian Janikowski, Oakland (11)

Graham Gano, Washington (2)

WR Laveranues Coles (11)

WR Javon Walker (9)

OL Tra Thomas (13)
