FSU Lands Elite Lineman

Florida State landed a huge commitment Saturday when 4-star lineman Bobby Hart committed to the Seminoles. NoleDigest caught up with him to talk about his commitment.

Bobby Hart has been a major target for schools all over the nation, but Florida State has been the favorite since they offered early on in the process. After almost committing to FSU last month at camp Hart decided Saturday to end his recruitment.

"It feels good to get it done," Hart said of his decision. "I am happy I got this process over with. I sat down with my parents and talked about it. They said that if I wanted to do it to go ahead and do it. I've wanted to commit since early on but now I am done."

FSU has put a lot of attention on Hart, as he more than likely the top offensive lineman on their board. He told NoleDigest that he committed to both Coach Gran and Coach Fisher.

"I called up Coach Gran, and then I called up Coach Fisher," said Hart. "They were excited! They started screaming on the phone. They told me I am a key to their class and how I fit the need for offensive linemen."

Hart is excited to play for Coach Trickett.

"I know Coach Trickett's style and I am excited to play for him," Hart said, "because he is the best in the country."

While he came to close to committing at the first session of the Fisher camp Hart said that while he took a few visits after to LSU, he knew he was a ‘Nole.

"I kind of always knew I was going to be a ‘Nole," said Hart. "I knew on my last visit for sure. That made everything right for me and I knew I was going to do it (commit)."

Bobby says he is done with the process and that he has already been on the recruiting trail working to make the 2011 class a top flight class.

"I am done," said Hart. "I already have been recruiting. I am working on James Wilder; we have to get him. I have been talking to Marcus Roberson too because he goes to my school. I want this class to be the best."

Hart wanted to mention something to the FSU fans out there.

"I want to let the FSU fans know I am thankful for their support even before I committed," said Hart. "They've welcomed me. There will not be an offensive lineman that will work harder than me. I want to help lead this team to a national championship."
