"It was good," Hunter Joyer said. "I was real excited and ready to play. I talked to most of the committed players and the coaches. All of the coaches told me to keep playing and they are ready to have me."
At times this season you can see the Gator coaching staff is determined to run the ball and what they appear to lack is a true fullback. Joyer is just what the doctor ordered and look for him to get immediate playing time next season clearing the way for Jeff Demps, Mike Gillislee and Mack Brown.
