Reaction to the Urban Meyer News

Current high players from around the country who have committed to Florida are weighing in on their thoughts regarding Urban Meyer stepping down.

One of the top players in America is current Gator commitment quarterback Jeff Driskel, who has already talked to Urban Meyer following the coach's announcement. He is waiting to hear more from the coaching staff about the plans for this weekend's official visit by recruits.

The father of's No. 1 fullback said his son, Hunter Joyer from Tampa (FL) Catholic, is 100% all Gator at this time and has no plans to look anywhere else.

"Little confused but it's time for me to sit back and see what happens with the new coach."

2011 OLB Ryan Shazier from Plantation (FL):
"I am trying to find out what is going on this weekend. If we are not going to visit this weekend I might try and go to Ohio State. I might also visit LSU."

"Shocked. I can't believe that he has stepped down. I wanted to see who the DL coach was going to be, but now, just don't know, this is crazy."
