SunStateFootball Top 100: 41-45

The state of Florida is expected to have over 330 players sign D-1 scholarships on signing day. SunStateFootball provides a Pre-Spring Top 100 to highlight SOME of the top players in the state. Here is a look at players 41-45.

41. Leonard Williams

Area Rank: CentFla(6)

School: Daytona Beach Mainland

Ht/Wt: 6'4, 240

Position: Defensive End

Offers: UF, Miami, Auburn, Clemson, South Carolina, Tennessee

It is all about upside with Williams as he is just scratching the surface of the player that he will become. Has great size today and some explosion. Williams could fit in the 4-3 or 3-4 scheme and only time will tell how much he fills out. Mainland always produces some top D-1 talent and he appears to head the list for 2012, team mates went to Clemson and Tennessee last year, but UF and Miami are in pursuit in-state.

42. Duaron Williams

Area Rank: CentFla(7)

School: Orlando Jones

Ht/Wt: 6'4, 290

Position: Offensive Line

Offers: Ole Miss, USF, Rutgers, UCF

Plays tackle in high school, but figures to move inside to guard at the next level. Passionate player who has a world of upside. Excellent in the classroom. Moves well for a big body and has a lot of good weight. His recruitment has not taken off yet, but that should change in the Spring. He is a Miami fan and plays for former 'Cane Kenard Lang.

43. Latroy Pittman

Area Rank: I-75(5)

School: Citra North Marion

Ht/Wt: 6'0, 190

Position: Wide Receiver

Offers: Committed to Florida

Pittman excels on both sides of the ball and really could play either WR or S at the next level. An early commitment to UF, they appear to like him on the offensive side of the ball. His hands have improved over the last year and he possesses a great body. Pittman has good speed and displays a knack for making plays. He was a stand-out on the loaded Ocala team in 7on7. Despite the early commitment, Miami has been in pursuit.

44. Angelo Jean-Louis

Area Rank: PB(4)

School: Palm Beach Central

Ht/Wt: 6'0, 180

Position: Wide Receiver

Offers: Miami, UF, Purdue, Ohio State, USF, WVU, Tennessee

Jean-Louis has the potential to be amongst the state's top 15 prospects. Athletically he has all the tools. He needs to be more consistent both with his hands and effort. Has the speed and quickness to make plays down the field or in space. Could play either WR or DB in college. He has a lot of offers and has been one of the more coveted players in the state thus far.

45. Willie Bailey

Area Rank: Broward(4)

School: Hallandale

Ht/Wt: 6'1, 165

Position: Safety

Offers: Committed to Florida

Combo DB that has gotten looks as a CB and S. At 6'1, he has sub 4.5 speed. He is on the light side right now at 165-170 pounds, but has plenty of room to fill out. There is no question that he could play Safety, his upside might be at CB with his great length. Needs to get smoother to play CB and work on his change of direction. Made an early commitment to Miami, but changed yesterday to Florida where he will join former team mate Frankie Hammond.
