Tookes Undergoes Surgery

University of Florida wide receiver <B>Kenneth Tookes</B> underwent surgery at the Florida Surgical Center Monday morning.

The surgery, performed by team physician Dr. Pete Indelicato, repaired cartilage damage in his right knee.

Tookes, a 6-2, 202-pound redshirt freshman from Jacksonville, Florida, damaged his cartilage in Florida's spring practices. He will start the rehabilitation process immediately and team physicians hope that he will be fully recovered for fall practice.
