Count Gators commit and five-star offensive lineman Jessamen Dunker as one that is pumped and ready to join the special recruiting class that is being assembled at the University of Florida. Dunker is a big mauling lineman with exceptional feet work that also has skills in the class room. A good student, he wants to enroll early at Florida and get going with the cast of talent being assembled.
Currently enrolled in summer school and taking Spanish 2, Jessamen Dunker
found time between the classes and football workouts and practice to visit Gainesville last week. He seems to not be able to get enough of his future home.
"It's always great to visit Gainesville," Dunker said. "I really noticed how complex the plays seem to be and how big the playbook is."
Florida received a commitment from five-star lineman D.J. Humphries last week and Dunker says that he loves the fact the Gators are going to improve the roster and make his life better in college.
"It is great," Dunker said. "We will have two of the best on the line. I always like to play with great players. I am excited. It (the overall class) looks really good. We have some of the best kids at their positions."
A big part of the foundation for the University of Florida's future, Dunker seems to be everything the Gators need along the offensive line. It is a position of huge need as far as numbers go and he helps fill that huge void.
