Incoming Gators Q&A: Jessamen Dunker

The Gator Nation is growing and the 2012 recruiting class is coming together. A few of the commits will be enrolling early and will be on the Florida campus in January. Q: What number do you want? Why?

A: I'll be number 74. I was going to be 75, but Chaz already has it, so Coach Verducci said I have 74.

Q: Who are you planning on rooming with at Florida?

A: D.J. Humphries.

Q: What are you going to major in?

A: Business Marketing

Q: What are you most excited about about coming to Florida?

A: Primarily, I'll be having the opportunity to play early.

Q: What's your favorite football memory?

A: I really don't even have one, I just started playing last year.

Q: Wow, so what got you started playing in the first place?

A: I moved from Georgia to Florida so I just gave it a try.

Q: If you could have one super power, what would it be and why?

A: Teleportation, because then I could travel around the world for free.

Q: What's your favorite thing to do when you're not playing football?

A: Just relaxing with friends, hanging out.

Q: If you could share the field with any athlete past or present, who would it be?

A: I'd probably pick Jerry Rice. (Because of) his determination, when he works, his work ethic is real good. I feel like he's captain on the field when he's out there, he can bring everybody up.

Q: What's your favorite movie?

A: My favorite movie, what is my favorite movie? There's a lot of them out there. Probably X-Men.

Q: What's the most played song on your ipod?

A: Wale – No Days Off.

Q: What's your favorite pre-game ritual?

A: Eating Sour Patch Kids

Q: What's something about you that surprises people?

A: That I just started playing football.

Q: How do you Want to be remembered?

A: Just as somebody who works hard on the field, off the field, just an all around good person.

Q: What are 3 things you can't live without?

A: My friends and family, food, and I don't know? The TV I guess? My music.
