School: Armwood HS (Seffner, Fla)
2011 season stats: Bailey played both quarterback and wide receiver as a junior. He finished the year with 836 passing yards and 10 touchdowns; 833 rushing yards and six touchdowns; and 22 catches for 376 yards and two scores. He helped lead Armwood to a state championship.
Grades: 2.9 GPA/no test yet
Recruiting: Bailey says his top four right now is Florida, Alabama, South Carolina, and USF. He grew up following Florida, Alabama, and LSU. Bailey claims offers from South Carolina, Vanderbilt, USF, Notre Dame, and Arkansas and says the two most important things he'll look for in a school are early playing time and coaching stability at the school.
As a Prospect: Bailey was one of the best players on an excellent Armwood team in 2011. He made a lot things happen at both quarterback and wide receiver. He has very good ball skills. He's the type of player you want the ball to be in his hands as much as possible. He has a good football IQ and flat out knows how to make big plays -- especially in key moments. He doesn't have blazing speed for a 5-11 receiver but he plays fast and has the overall skill set and production numbers to become one of the state's most heavily recruited wide receiver prospects in the 2013 class.
