Burse In Demand

Carlos Burse has emerged as one of the top players at his position in his home state of Georgia. The talented wide receiver has nabbed offers from some of the top heavyweights in the southeast. As college coaches made the rounds this spring, Burse was a name near the top of most program's prospect lists.

"It's been a really slow spring and I'm glad that it's finally over," said Burse. "We got some good work done though."

"I was mainly working on my route running, my speed and getting in and out of breaks. Central Florida, Florida, Mississippi State NC State, Oklahoma, Ole Miss, Tennessee, Vanderbilt and Virginia Tech among others have offered.

Several of those programs took advantage of the chance to see Burse in action during his spring practice sessions.

"Mississippi State, North Carolina, Bucknell, Duke, Maryland, Florida and a bunch of schools came by," said the talented receiver. Burse plans to make the summer rounds and make some return trips to some of the programs he visited during his spring travels.

"I am going to visit Vandy, Clemson, Bama, Mississippi State, Oklahoma and Florida this summer," reported the Georgia prepster.

The Peach state standout reports that he is still considering all of his options and that he is not ready to eliminate any program from his decision making process.

"I am going to wait and make my decision after the season," said Burse.
