2015 RB with Busy Summer Ahead

2015 Orlando Timber Creek running back Jacques Patrick only has two days left of his freshman year of high school. Most kids his age are looking forward to relaxing this summer, but Patrick is not a typical high school freshman. The young running back is already receiving attention from college football coaches across the country and will be taking multiple visits to college campuses this summer.

"I plan on taking a couple visits this summer," Jacques Patrick said.

"I'll be visiting Alabama, Miami, Georgia, Florida, and Florida State," he said.

While on his visits, Patrick will get the chance to experience a lot of new things.

"I'm really excited about getting up to Alabama, Georgia, and Miami because I've never been to those places before," he said.

Patrick will also get to talk to the coaches that he has been communicating with, in person.

"I'm looking forward to my visits to Florida and Florida State just to build a stronger relationship with the coaches and get a better feel for both schools," he said.

In preparation for his upcoming visit, Patrick talked to Florida's defensive back coach, Travaris Robinson.

"I talked to T-Rob last week and informed him that I'll be in Gainesville to see them soon," he said.

Although Patrick plans to build his relationships with the coaches at Florida when he visits, the talented back has already formed a good relationship with the director of player personnel.

"I have a good relationship with Jon Haskins at Florida," he said.

For now, Patrick is open to all of his options.

"Honestly, I really haven't started thinking about favorites so I would say that everyone is equal as of now," he said.

Since it is still early in the process, Patrick will have plenty of time to narrow down his list. As time goes on, Patrick will continue to gain interest from many schools.
