"I want them to remember me for my personality on and off the field, he said of his legacy left behind at Stevenson.
Mann has worked hard in the off-season to get better namely keeping his pads low so that he will constantly be lower than the offensive guy in front of him.
I have improved my pad level. I have just been working on staying low as possible and using my hands. With no expectations of early playing time, that hasn't been ruled out for the massive lineman.
"They say that if I come down and am physically ready that I can play early this year," he said. "I expect to learn my first year and figure out what is going on and how things work. I will be learning as I go and getting used to school while I am there as well."
When all is said and done, Mann just wants to produce for the Florida Gators in his time on campus. An education will be a big reward for his work and he plans on putting in a lot of effort in his time in Gainesville.
"I want to get a lot of playing time," he said about the course of his career as a Gator. "I want to be a big part of the defense. I will give it my all. I am so ready to be a Gator. I will give my all on and off the field as long as I am there."
