Grier Will Get back to Florida

Since visiting Florida about a month ago, Davidson (NC)Day 2014 quarterback Will Grier has been working hard to improve his skills. The 6-foot-3, 185-pound signal caller was impressive when he threw for the Gators. Grier enjoyed his time at the University of Florida and admits that there may be a return trip to Gainesville in his future.

Despite his already impressive mechanics, Will Grier is dedicated to improving.

"I've been doing great. I'm just working on my game," the talented passer said.

Grier has received interest from multiple college coaches. He already claims offers from East Carolina, Florida, North Carolina, and Wake Forest. At the moment, Grier is focusing on getting better.

"Right now, I'm just working on this team I'm playing with this fall. I have three more [college visits] mid July and then that's it," he said.

"I'm going to visit Tennessee, Virginia, and South Carolina," he added.

After his visit to Florida in June, Grier made it clear that he was impressed with the Gators. The young quarterback even admitted that Florida was one of the schools on the top of his list. A month later, the feelings have not changed for the Gators only quarterback offered in the 2014 class.

"I want to go visit Florida again soon. I'm not sure when but I'm going to get down there whenever I can," he confessed.

Since he is such a talented prospect, Grier has not had much time to relax this summer. Thus, he is looking forward to having a relatively quiet 4th of July.

"I'm staying home with my family for the 4th of July," he said.

For Grier, the momentary relaxation will not last long. As time goes on, he will continue to gain attention. The rising junior will take his time exploring his options until he is ready to make the right decision.
