Florida's 2013 schedule announced

The Southeastern Conference released the 2013 football schedule on Thursday. LSU remains Florida's SEC West division rival while Arkansas will also make a trip to Gainesville next season, along with the normal SEC East opponents. Florida will also make its scheduled road trip to face Miami during the second week of the season.

The Gators will open the season with the first ever meeting between Florida and Toledo. Florida then travels to Coral Gables to face Miami for the first time since the Gators won a 26-3 matchup in 2008.

The Gators have a bye week before facing Tennessee and Georgia during the 2013 season.

After hosting Tennessee on September 21, the Gators travel to Kentucky on September 28.

Florida's first game against an SEC West opponent comes when Arkansas makes the trip to Gainesville on October 5. The Gators will then hit the road and face LSU on October 12. The road trip continues when Florida goes to Missouri for the first time in an SEC game on October 19.

After a bye week for both teams, the Florida-Georgia game will be on November 2 in Jacksonville. The Gators then return home for their first home game in over a month when facing Vanderbilt on November 9. The South Carolina game moves back to the final week of conference play as the Gators travel to Columbia on November 16.

Florida returns home for an out of conference game with Georgia Southern on November 23. Florida State comes to Gainesville on November 30 for the final regular season game of the year.
