120 Minutes For Goal One

One hundred and twenty minutes. That's what it's going to take for Florida to play in Atlanta in December. The number one goal of the team is to play in the SEC Championship Game. That means they have to win their division inside the SEC. The Gators may have very well had the best half season of any in college football, but the next two games will decide their fate.

Up first for Florida is South Carolina and the Gators, with a win, will basically eliminate the Gamecocks. The game won't be easy and the comparisons between the two teams have been uncannily similar this week leading up to the game. The Gamecocks finish with struggling Tennessee and Arkansas and will be heavily favored against those two teams.

A week later, if still undefeated, the Gators can clinch the Eastern Division with a win over Georgia. However, a loss to the Bulldogs after a win over South Carolina would likely mean the Bulldogs clinch the East. Georgia will finish with Ole Miss and Auburn, two more struggling teams.

Two games, 60 minutes each, 120 minutes to pay dirt.

First thing is first… the Gamecocks. Here are the story lines for the game this week…
