It was really no secret and Trenton Brown just didn't want to wait anymore to let it out where he was going to go to finish his collegiate career. The 6-7, 345 pound Georgia Military offensive tackle went public via twitter on Sunday as a commitment to the University of Florida. He will enroll in January as a junior after graduating with his AA and be eligible right away.
decided to let it loose via Twitter on Sunday when he ‘tweeted', "Gator Chompin' #GatorNation join me Oh and add me to that #1 recruiting class". The highly sought after offensive tackle becomes the 22nd commitment to Florida
and another along the offensive front that has some kind of college experience and will be eligible to participate this spring joining Nebraska transfer Tyler Moore
and Maryland transfer Max Garcia
Once committed to the Georgia Bulldogs, Brown brings tremendous size and strength to an offensive line that is looking to be earth movers as Will Muschamp's program continues to build.
Brown told FOX Sports NEXT that, "I committed a long time ago and I wasn't going to make it public until the 19th, but I just figured why wait any longer."
Brown also said his main reason for choosing the Gators is all about winning.
"I look to come in, work hard, and help get to the SEC Championship first, then the national championship after that.
Brown has three years to play two and will discuss his commitment even further when we speak to him this evening.
