Demarcus Robinson a Gator

On a day where Gator recruiting fans are sitting around on pins and needles waiting for two Demarcuses to make up their mind on what school they will attend, the first let everyone know at 11:30 a.m. Monday on his Twitter page. Receiver Demarcus Robinson of Fort Valley (GA) told the world he will be a Gator. The Gators are still waiting to hear from Jacksonville defensive end Demarcus Walker.

"#Gatornation here I come !", Demarcus Robinson posted vis his Twitter account and the Gators got that much better at the receiver position.

Robinson is a 6-3, 200 pound receiver that dominated the Army All-American week and FOX Sports NEXT National Recruiting Analyst Jamie Newberg wrote the following at the end of the week.

"You can make a strong case that Robinson has been the top performer for the East offensive squad thus far. This 6-foot-3 and 200-pound four-star receiver has terrific size and good speed. He has consistently caught everything thrown his way. He runs good routes and knows how to use his body. He can get in and out of breaks. Robinson can work the sidelines or the middle of the field very well."

Robinson is a prototype of what Florida is looking for in a receiver and also has an added bonus of showing up on campus for the spring semester to get acclimated with the offense.

He told FSNEXT recruiting analyst Jason Higdon he is due to arrive on the Florida campus at 4:30 on Monday.
