Now that he's completed his football season, Terry is playing basketball for Woodward. "I am more of an enforcer and play good defense in the paint."

Googer is starting to get visits during the contact period. "Coach Spurrier and Coach Ward from South Carolina were at my school today. The South Carolina coaches invited Googer to their Junior Day on February 3rd.

Terry also received a visit from Georgia Tech Coach Buzz Preston. "He asked me to come by for an unofficial visit this weekend. I will be attending that one for sure."

Other visits are also a possibility for Googer. "I will have to sit down with my parents to see which ones I can go to and which ones I can't visit this time around." Terry's family will play a big role in his recruitment. "Their input is important to me."

Louisville, Notre Dame, South Carolina, North Carolina, Wake Forest, Vanderbilt, Oregon, and Clemson are some of the other schools recruiting Googer. "Florida has also started recruiting me lately."

Three of those schools are showing Terry the most interest. "Georgia Tech, South Carolina, and North Carolina are the three that seem to be coming after me more than the others." Googer now has 13 offers.

The schools recruiting Terry like him at 2 different positions. "Some are recruiting me to play wide receiver like South Carolina and others like Georgia Tech are recruiting me to play either wide receiver and/or quarterback."

If Terry had to choose between the 2 positions, he would prefer being a receiver. "I like wide receiver but I will play the position the school I choose wants me to play." Terry is looking for the quickest way to get on the field.

There are three factors Terry will be looking at in making his college choice. "One is my relationship with the coaches. The second will be the academic reputation of the school. Lastly, I will be looking at how my family feels about the school and the coaches." Listening to his parents input will play a big role in his decision.

Look for Terry to make his college choice before the start of his senior season. "I want to have a stress free senior year and to be able to enjoy it. It will go by fast."
