USC commit looking at three

Jalen Ramsey is back from USC and he may not be talking to the media, but his father can fill you in here. He has some interesting things to say.

Jalen Ramsey returned from his fifth and final official visit Sunday and that visit was to USC.

Ramsey has been committed to the Trojans since July, but he has taken official visits to Florida, Florida State, Mississippi State, and Washington since.

Some wonder where he stands right now after his trip to L.A. His father Lamont Ramsey sent out a statement across the country and here is what it said:

"Jalen took his official visit last weekend to USC. He's still committed to USC. He has in-home visits this week with USC, Florida State, and Florida. He will be hosting the head coaches from those schools the following week, but the schedule isn't set yet. After next week, there will be no more visits.

"He is not doing any interviews at this time and there is no announcement coming on anything this week. It had been put out there by someone that he de-committed, but that is not true. He's still evaluating his choices and he is only dealing with the three schools above.

"The USC trip was great, the weather was great, we spoke with the academic people again, we spent time with the coaches, Jalen hung out with the players/recruits, and it was just a great weekend."

Ramsey is the no. 2 cornerback in the country and he has now eliminated Mississippi State and Washington from contention. He is still comitted to USC, but still considering Florida and FSU. His teammates Max Staver is a quarterback that is committed to Florida.
