LSU has received a National Letter of Intent from Tashawn Bower, a four-star defensive end from New Jersey.
A former Auburn commit, Bower picked LSU over Florida. Stay tuned for more on this big signing for the LSU Tigers.
"This morning I thought maybe Florida, then LSU. You have to go with your gut...LSU will be the best thing for me," Bower said, according to Nick Condit with the Newark Star-Ledger. "It was really last-minute, about 2 mins before I walked in. This is where my heart led me...With the great relationship I have with coach Brick Haley, coach Miles, I felt really comfortable...For my future goals, I feel I have the best opportunity to fulfill them at LSU. I'm ready to go"
