Recruits Talk UF Spring Game

Coach Will Muschamp and the Florida Gators held their annual Orange and Blue game earlier today with some slight modifications. Numerous top tier recruits were in attendance to watch the Gators take the field for the last time until the late Summer months.

The Florida coaching staff has been going full court on the recruiting trail and it showed with some of the nation's top talent in town to visit as practice comes to a close. caught up with a few prospects for the latest.

CeCe Jeffers will be one of the most heavily recruited players in all of Florida for the class of 2015 regardless of position. He very well might be the top defensive tackle in the Sunshine state for the class of 2015. Jefferson checks in from Glen Saint Mary (FL) Baker County Senior High School and has offers from Florida, Florida State and Alabama to name a few.

"What took me by surprise was how the team adjusted after losing some key players they looked really good."

Artavis Scott checks in at 6'0 and 175 pounds from Tarpon Springs (FL) East Lake High School. Florida State, Ohio State and South Florida have all offered one of the top players for this 2014 prospect.

"They need help at the wide receiver spot."

Lamont Gaillard is a defensive tackle/offensive tackle from Fayetteville (NC) Pine Forest high school and stands 6'3 and 315-pounds.

"The love me and I love them! Hopefully Georgia will show me something better."

Duke Dawson checks in at 5'11 and 185-pounds from Cross City (FL) Dixie County high school and picked Florida over Florida State.

"One thing that I liked today at UF is that I like how the defense performed."

Travaris Dorsey checks in at 6'3 and 295-pounds from Jacksonville (FL) Raines high school and liked what he saw earlier today.

"The thing that surprised me was how many people were at the game."
