Jefferson learned a lot at UF camp

CeCe Jefferson visited Florida Saturday and worked out in the afternoon session of summer camp. The 2015 defensive lineman enjoyed working with Florida coaches and learned a lot of new techniques at camp.

CeCe Jefferson said he felt very confident in his camp performance and the Florida coaches seemed quite impressed. The Baker County (Glen St. Mary, FL) standout said it was great to work with the Gators coaches, especially Defensive Line Coach Brad Lawing.

"Coach Lawing was working with me the most, he taught me a bunch of different techniques that I never knew about. He taught me how to break people's arms. That was great. I loved it. Coach Muschamp was over there from time to time checking us out, telling us how good we were doing and telling us to keep it up," Jefferson said.

"(Coach Muschamp) talked to me on the field, telling me that I look real good and just to keep Florida in my top schools when I consider committing, because they really like me."

Alabama remains at the top for Jefferson and Florida is sitting right behind. He'll be back to Gainesville for Friday Night Lights in July and hopes to visit Tuscaloosa at some point this summer, but hasn't set that up yet. At the end of June, he'll head out west to see UCLA, Stanford, and USC.

"I just want to see California, go out to the beaches and stuff like that, but I heard they have beautiful campuses and the coaches and players are really cool, so I'm looking forward to that trip," he said.

The 6-foot-3, 265-pound lineman still plans to take his time before making a decision, and he's certainly got plenty of it before Signing Day 2015.
