Gators in the NFL: Week 11

There were 20 former Florida players active in the NFL during week 11 and 12 of them earned a start.

Joe Haden started at cornerback for the Cleveland Browns and had two interceptions, returning one 29 yards for a touchdown.

Carlos Dunlap started at defensive end for the Cincinnati Bengals and had four quarterback hits, three tackles, one pass breakup and a sack for a loss of two yards. Reggie Nelson started at free safety and made nice tackles, one tackle for a loss, two pass deflections and one interception.

Major Wright started at safety for the Chicago Bears and made four tackles. Jon Bostic started and made five tackles, one tackle for a loss, one pass breakup and an interception.

Percy Harvin played his first game of the year after a hip injury and saw time at receiver for the Seattle Seahawks and made one catch for 17 yards, plus one kickoff for 58 yards.

Riley Cooper started at receiver and made three catches for the 37 yards.

Brandon Spikes started at linebacker for the New England Patriots and made seven tackles.

Will Hill started at free safety for the New York Giants and made seven tackles.

Jordan Reed made a start at tight end for the Washington Redskins and made one catch for 12 yards before exiting with a concussion.

David Nelson saw time at receiver for the New York Jets and made one catch for 12 yards.

Jeremy Mincey saw time at defensive line for the Jacksonville Jaguars and made two tackles and broke up one pass. Josh Evans started at free safety and made two tackles.

Caleb Sturgis went 2-2 in field goals for the Miami Dolphins. Jelani Jenkins saw time at linebacker and made one tackle.

Matt Elam started at free safety for the Baltimore Ravens and made five tackles. Deonte Thompson saw time at receiver and made one catch for 11 yards.

Sharrif Floyd saw action at defensive tackle for the Minnesota Vikings and made two tackles.

Marcus Gilbert started at right tackle for the Pittsburgh Steelers.
