"I'm looking forward to having the name on the back of my jersey," said the 6-foot-5, 275-pound Moss. "And showcasing my talent and representing where I come from.
"It feels awesome to have a chance to play in a game like this. So I'm just ready to play against these guys and get prepared for college."
Moss said he knew Virginia was the place for him.
"It was the coaching staff and the way I connected with everyone," Moss said. "Also, the way I fit in and the offense they run. I love everything about them."
The Cavaliers' coaching staff played a big part in his decision.
"I would say the coaching staff played a huge role. I love coach (Mike) London. And coach (Scott) Wachenheim – he offered me my sophomore year and since then I've taken a lot of visits and really connected with everyone."
He is 100 percent committed to Virginia and will take his official visit on Jan. 17.
While he is looking forward to his college career, Moss is focused on the last high school game.
"I focused on proving that Virginia is a big program and we're coming up," he said.
Moss is the No. 10 offensive tackle in the 2014 class.
