Coral Gables High School junior defensive tackle Dhany Dye is a monster defender that is starting to draw some interest from some big time programs. At 6-foot-3 and 330 pounds he has the size to be a difference maker in the middle of a college defense. Dye joined us for a moment and we can watch his junior highlights here as well.
knows he has to do some things to make himself better player and those are things he is working on. But the young man from the hot bed of high school football recruiting is determined to get things done.
"My junior year went good, but there is room for improvement," he told Scout.com on Sunday. "I need to improve on my pad level and get my speed up."
Right now, the young man is drawing interest from several programs of BCS level schools including Utah, South Carolina, Purdue, UMass, Georgia, Memphis and South Florida.
