Tuesday's recruiting nuggets

The Florida recruiting board will change quite a bit now that we have moved into January. Some prospects on the board will go missing and some guys that weren't on the board will pop up, whether they are committed elsewhere or not. Tuesday brought us a few nuggets from the recruiting trail for the Gators.

With eight new assistant coaches named for the Florida Gators, the staff has already started hitting the recruiting trail hard and with that in mind several updates on new visits and interest are popping up. Here are a few nuggets from late Tuesday that you can find on our premium message board at FightinGators.com.

New linebacker coach Randy Shannon seems to already be doing work and Scout.com's Amy Campbell tells us that a recent Texas commit from Miami will now visit Florida. Find it at this LINK.

Shannon isn't done yet and yet another star player from Miami committed to Ohio State is also planning on taking a trip to Florida. Scout's Corey bender has that nugget at this LINK.

A super stud receiver from the 2-16 class is also looking Florida's way. Yet another South Florida kid and Amy Campbell has another nugget for Gator fans at this LINK.
