Hollywood Bob's Midnight Matinee (6/1)

Here's the freshest look at the recruiting board right before Florida football steps into the summer camping session.

The Florida Gators have been on somewhat of a roll in terms of landing football recruits. With commitments in the last two weeks from running back Mark Thompson and Lamical Perine along with offensive lineman Branton Autry, the Gators are well on their way to setting the foundation for the class.

Still there is a lot left to fill in the Gators class and it all starts at quarterback which we delve into face first.

While the Gators look to be done at running back with the players mentioned above, receiver is a different story. Quite a few prime prospects are on the board at the moment and the Gators will get their fair share.

Two offensive linemen are on board, but they will sign at least five in the class. We will give you what we think is a fair assessment of where they stand with some of the top targets.

The Gators are set to land a few more big time targets at defensive end. It is a position that prospects have grown to relate the gators to and it shows on the recruiting trail. There are still questions at defensive tackle, we address that. Defensive line coach Chris Rumph has his hands full there.

We have tagged some real heavy targets at cornerback as well. Our confidence is high on a few that we feel have a great shot of making it in the 2016 class before all is said and done.
