Robinson named to Biletnikoff Watch List

The Florida passing game has struggled at times in the past five seasons, but the Gators have a standout receiver heading into the fall.

Florida receiver Demarcus Robinson was named to the watch list for the Biletnikoff Award, given to the nation’s top receiver.

As a sophomore in 2014, Robinson had 53 catches for 810 yards and seven touchdowns. He had the most receiving yards of any Florida player since Riley Cooper and Aaron Hernandez in 2009. Robinson was fifth in the SEC with 67.5 receiving yards per game.

The winner of the Biletnikoff Award will be announced on December 10, 2015, on the Home Depot College Football Awards Show.

Florida opens fall camp on Thursday, August 6.
