4-star LB David Reese Commitment Primer

Four teams remain for the big time linebacker from Michigan. That decision goes down at 2 pm on Friday.

As we approach the decision time for 4-star linebacker David Reese, let’s take one last look at the primo linebacker wand where is looking.

Four schools remain for Reese who is looking at Florida, Nebraska, TCU, and Texas as his finalists.

Late last week Reese’s father David Sr. told Fightin’ Gators that David and the family love the academics at Florida and the fact that it is ‘Pro Football U’. They also really like linebacker coach Randy Shannon

Mr. Reese pointed out that the Nebraska fans are rabid ones and after encountering a current coach that went to Nebraska but is coaching elsewhere on the trail, that coach told Mr. Reese that there is nothing like a Nebraska fan and their loyalty to their players.  That really sunk in with the family.

The family really loves the TCU fans as well and they can really appreciate the small classroom sizes with their big emphasis on academics.

Everything is big in Texas and that is the general thought after visiting the Longhorns last. The family also really has taken a liking to head coach Charlie Strong.

It should all end Friday at 2 p.m. and we will have it covered here at Scout.com.
