Gator Commits and Targets in the Army Bowl

FightinGators.com's Bob Redman and Jacquie Franciulli take a look at the Florida commitments and targets that will compete in Saturday's U.S. Army All-American Bowl.

Florida targets and commits will be on display on Saturday as some of the best of the best compete in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl. Scout's National Recruiting Analyst Allen Trieu has been in Texas for practices this week, here is his take on a few of the top performers related to the Gators:

QB Feleipe Franks - He has a very strong arm. He got the ball downfield as well as any other quarterback on either team this week and has great size. This was my first time seeing him, so I can't speak to what he's like in game, but I said to the guys this week, if this kid can manage a game, he can be really good because all the physical tools are there and I like his competitiveness.

WR Binjimen Victor - He's a smooth route runner with good ball skills. He's not a burner straight line but he shows burst in catching up to footballs and he is good out of his breaks. The big thing for him is going to be adding weight. He's pretty thin yet, but that said, he hasn't been that affected by press coverage at all this week.
DE Brian Burns - He's been one of the better defensive ends in attendance. Long, gets off the ball well and shows the natural athleticism in the little things he does, re-directing to get to a ball carrier or jumping into a passing lane and knocking a pass down, he's very coordinated and has the frame to fill in.

LB Jaleel Laguins - Because he's a thicker kid, we assumed he's more of a run stopper, but he's run well in practice all week and has been great in coverage. The East linebackers have all, for the most part, covered well, but he was one of the ones who stood out more because he did it at his size.
