4-star WR Daquon Green ready to compete at Florida

The Florida Gators signed five receiver in the 2016 class, but they already have a head start on the 2017 group with the commitment of highly touted Daquon Green of Tampa Bay Tech. Green was a part of Florida's Junior Day two weekends ago and says that he is ready to compete with whoever is on campus when he arrives.

The Gators are trying to remold the receiver group on campus and Daquon Green is a big part of that restructure. With a college made physique and just a junior in high school, Green should have a super senior season.

In the video above Green talks about putting on that Gator jersey during Junior Day and letting them know he wants them to save jersey #7 for him when he arrives.

He does plan on taking a couple of visits in the fall to see other programs in case there are any issues that arrive, but you can watch the video and see that he is happy to be a Gator.
