Daquon Green returned to Gainesville on Wednesday for the second time in the last month.
"My visit was great as always,"said the four-star wide receiver Florida pledge."The more I visit the more I get comfortable and get to know the players more and especially the early enrollees since they're fresh to the program."
Unlike last visit, which was junior day, the Tampa Bay Technical playmaker was able to see the Gators in action, as Jim McElwain's team took to the field with full pads for the first time this spring.
"I got to see how a player meeting really was and how high tempo the practice was," he said. "I loved everything and makes me more ready to step on campus next year."
This practice also allowed him a chance to see how Florida's wide receivers coach, Kerry Dixon, works out the wide outs during practice.
"They put a lot of hustle into practice that I've seen since they're moving all over the place in different positions on the field and constantly at a high pace all practice," said the 6-foot-1, 185-pounder. "But it'll be pretty easy to pick everything up once you know what's going on, and what your responsibility is after I've talked with coach Dixon about the way they practice."
Green says he is trying to return to Gainesville one more time this spring, however, he has not set a date for his future visit.
