Burch Loves Everything About Florida

Demetri Burch was very impressed by his trip to the Swamp on Saturday. He discussed his trip to Florida with FightinGators.com.

Demetri Burch left Gainesville with a great impression of Florida  football.

"Love everything about Florida," said the three-star athlete. "We watched their practice. I loved the competition there. Then we went on an athletic tour. I loved everything about that too."

During his visit to the Swamp, Burch was able to talk to head coach Jim McElwain and several of the staff members.

"I talked with [defensive coordinator] coach [Geoff] Collins, [wide receivers] coach [Kerry] Dixon and coach McElwain," he said,  "and coach Dixon coached me up on the wideout position, and we watched a little film."

The Apopka playmaker loved his personal time with the staff.

"They say that I'm amazing with the ball, and I love their coaching styles and how they react with their players."

Burch is a do it all offensive threat for his high school team, and his versatility has seen some schools extend offers. His offer list already includes: Kentucky, Louisville, West Virginia and Marshall, however, Syracuse, North Carolina and UCF are all showing interest in the athlete. Burch also says that the Gators are "close" to offering as well.

He hopes to visit Louisville, Kentucky, Marshall and West Virginia soon.
