Is he or isn't he committed? Thats the big question Florida fans are asking on Tuesday about Adarius Lemons. On Monday night, Lemons announced on twitter that he decided to reopen his recruitment by decommitting to Florida, saying "I would like to de-commit from Florida Gators and worry about my priorities first. I got so much going on right now."
However, on Tuesday things took a different turn. According to a source, Lemons never called the staff to tell them he wanted to decommit and only called Tuesday to reaffirm his commitment to the Gators. There is a matter of an off the field incident, however, at this time it seems that Lemons is in fact still part of the UF 2017 class. Furthermore, he currently has no officials set to any other schools.
The Scout 300 running back committed to Florida less than 72 hours after participating in the Gators' Friday Night Lights camp.
As far as the running back board if Lemons does in fact leave the class?
I would expect to hear Bentavious Thompson's name a little more. The Miami Southridge running back decommitted from Miami this summer and holds Florida in high esteem.
