On Friday the Gators are set to welcome a handful of targets including five-star cornerback Tyreke Johnson. The Trinity Christian standout has not been on campus for a while. This is a good stepping stone for the UF. Other expected visitors for Friday include: four-star safety Trey Dean, four-star Vols pledge Alontae Taylor, four-star corner Christopher Smith, four-star safety Brendon Harris, 2019 duo Jadon Haselwoodand Jaylen McCollough and 2020 Miami pledge  Tae Williams.

Jim McElwain and his staff are also expected to host several targets on Saturday as well.

Another five-star is set to visit Gainesville, Patrick Surtain is expected to make the journey up from South Florida. Three of his former American Heritage teammates signed with Florida this month, including James Houston IV who is already on campus as an early enrollee. In addition to Surtain, fellow American Heritage standout, wide receiver Anthony Schwartz is also expected to make the trip up.

UF will also welcome one of its top offensive line target, William Barnes, who picked up an offer from UF last spring. The Gators will also host teammates running back Chris Curry  and wide receiver Russell Brown.

Offensive linemen Nick Petit-Frere and Richard Gouraige could make the trip as well, however, they were a "maybe" as of Friday morning.
