FB Signs Two From Junior College Ranks

The University of Florida football team has received National Letter of Intents from two junior college players, head coach Ron Zook announced Wednesday afternoon. Markell Thompson (TE, 6-7, 280, Southwest Mississippi Junior College) and Jeremy Mincey (DE, 6-3, 255, Butler County Community College) will enroll at Florida in the spring semester.

"We are excited about Markell and Jeremy becoming Gators," said head coach Ron Zook. "It has been great to get to know them and their families and coaches during the recruiting process - they are both outstanding individuals who are also physically gifted athletes."
