Jackson talks about visit and more

Florida committed Kyle Jackson took his official visit to Florida this past weekend and he talks about that experience and the US Army All-American game.

Florida commitment Kyle Jackson made his official visit to the Gators this past weekend and like the others, he had a great trip.

"Man it was so much fun," Jackson said. "After we checked in to the hotel on Friday, all the coaches were introduced to us and we ate some dinner. Then, I went out with Ciatrick (Fason) and we hung out with Ran (Carthon). On Saturday, we toured the campus and I never realized how big that place is. I met with some academic people and then saw the weight room and facilities. Then we went into the locker room and they had our names on the jerseys. We got to run out of the tunnel after they introduced our names and that was cool. The players were waiting for us all at midfield. It was just a great trip."

Jackson is one of the top safeties in America and he committed to Florida a few weeks ago. He was a member of the east squad in the U.S. Army All-American game. A few players really impressed him.

"I always heard how good Willie Williams was and he certainly lived up to the hype. He is the truth. So is Keith Rivers. They are great in different ways. Adrian Peterson was very impressive too. Honestly, a lot of those guys really impressed me. That was a great experience."
