Decision coming soon

Javier Estopinan will make his decision shortly after his third and final visit this weekend to Florida. So where do the Gators stand and who are they battling for this linebacker prospect from Miami, Florida.

With only one visit left for Javier Estopinan from South Miami High he will most likely make a commitment soon. He has already taken trips to two of his other leaders in Ohio State and N.C. State. His final visit will be on January 16th to the University and Florida.

So what did Estopinan think of his visits to Ohio State and NC State, "The thing that was impressive about both schools where the facilities and how they took their football so serious at both schools."

What was it about NC State and Ohio State that Estopinan liked the most? "Well I like that they are a young team next year and if I went there we could grow together. I also like coach Amato. He's a great guy and a coach that I could play for.

"With Ohio State I liked the tradition in football they have and it's a great school. Coach Snyder is recruiting me and he's also another great guy as well. He is real down to earth and I relate to him very well" (One other thing that Estopinan mentioned about Ohio State was the weather which he said would not have an impact on his decision to play football there.)

The third school in the mix for Estopinan is University of Florida. How does he feel about the Gators? "I like UF a lot and can't wait to go on my visit there. Coach Anderson and Coach Miller have been recruiting me and they want me to come in as a mike linebacker?"

After his visit to UF he will sit down with his family and decide within a week where he will be going to school.
