Gators or Noles?

Ranier Rackley is a good looking running back prospect from Florida that has family ties to both Florida and Florida State. Other schools are in the mix as well as Rackley has picked up some nice offers.

Ranier Rackley of Andrew Jackson High School was one of the top running back prospects I saw at any of TheInsiders/MSL Combines that I went to this year. He has had to play behind some very talented players including his cousin Leon Washington, but this is his year to shine.

"I've gotten offers from UCF, North Carolina, Florida, and Iowa," said Rackley. "Clemson, Syracuse, Wake Forest, Vanderbilt, USF, and Nebraska are all recruiting me hard too. A lot of those schools came by the school to see me in our last week."

With Leon Washington being his cousin from the same school, does that give the Noles an edge? Well the Gators have an ace in the hole as well.

"Florida and Florida State were my favorite schools growing up. I'm cousins with Dee Webb too. Florida, Clemson, Florida State, Maryland, Iowa, and North Carolina are my favorites right now."

What does Rackley like about some of the other schools recruiting him?

"With Clemson, they are showing a lot of interest, and I enjoy talking with the coaches recruiting me. I think Maryland is an up and coming program, and the coaches are good to talk to. I like Iowa and the Big 10, and it's also a prestigious University. My dad lives in North Carolina, and they are recruiting me the hardest."

Rackley plans on attending college camps at UCF, Florida, and Florida State this summer.
