Hardrick Gives UF Visit Perfect 10

Matt Hardrick (6-5, 342), the four-star offensive tackle from Orlando Edgewater, calls his visit to the University of Florida this weekend a "perfect 10" but that doesn't mean the state's most highly regarded lineman is ready to move the Gators to the top of his list.

"It was a really good trip," said Hardrick. "I would give it a 10 because they did a great job of letting me know everything about the program.

"The best part of the trip was when they gave us our jerseys and they showed us how the team comes into The Swamp on game day. That was really exciting. Everything about the visit was good."

Hardrick's host for the weekend was redshirt freshman offensive tackle Jason Watkins, who is a Lakeland native.

"He showed me around and took good care of me on my visit," said Hardrick. "I ate gator tail for the first time in my life and it was pretty good."

Matt Hardrick trips to Ole Miss for his final official visit next week and says that he will wait until national signing day to make his final decision. When asked if he and teammate, Quinton Brown, were going to be a package he commented, "Going to the same school with him (Brown) would be great. But, if it doesn't work out that way that's okay. You have to do what's right for you."

Although he did not name a leader it appears that it will come down to either FSU, NC State or possibly Florida. After all, he did give his visit to UF a 10same as he rated his FSU visit.
