UF wins league trophy
As if there was not enough on the line for Florida's baseball team at Vanderbilt, the Gators also carried this burden - it was up to them to clinch the SEC All-Sports Trophy.

Florida Gator Tennis

Texas ends UF season

Florida Gator Softball

UF softball season ends quietly
A short postseason for the Florida softball team will translate into a long offseason, one in which defensive mistakes will be analyzed and scrutinized.

Florida Gator Danny Wuerffel

Wuerffel has new mission
Danny Wuerffel's office in New Orleans is nothing special. It's large enough for a desk, a table and "a little bit of clutter.''

Difference Maker
Fans of the Florida Gators won't forget this image: Danny Wuerffel, dropping to pass, going deep, finding the right receiver (again), celebrating yet another touchdown by clasping together his hands, prayer-like.

Florida Sports Hall of Fame
WHAT: Induction banquet. WHEN/WHERE: Tonight at Tropicana Field. Cocktails and silent auction at 6, dinner at 7, program starts at 7:30.

Florida Gator Football
Fans feel the force with Meyer at UF
It just wasn't the same around here when those lovably overbearing University of Florida football fans slinked silently away and holed up in their houses -- timid, withdrawn, submissive.

Florida Gator Basketball

EKU-Florida game is off
Eastern Kentucky University fans won't get to see the Colonels play Florida in McBrayer Arena next season after all. Eastern coach Jeff Neubauer said that the Gators have exercised a buyout and pulled out of the game, which had been set up by former coach Travis Ford -- who played under Florida coach Billy Donovan when Donovan was an assistant coach at the University of Kentucky.
