"For sure, I'm going to (officially) visit Clemson, Florida, Arizona State and Oklahoma. I haven't set exact dates yet though. I'll think about going to South Carolina, LSU or Virginia Tech for my fifth visit," Tilley said. "Those are my top seven schools. They've all offered me. I should have it down to a top five by week six of the season.
"All these schools are really good, but they're all about the same to me. I'd be up a creek without a paddle if I tried to name a top two or three schools.
"I'm looking for a school where the coaches are going to help me graduate," he said. "Who are the coaches who will help keep me on track the most and make sure my mind is right? I want focused coaches who will be on me. I want coaches who aren't ever satisfied! I want to know exactly what I'm getting into and I'd like to go to a program which keeps people focused and will help me get to the next level.
"Also, stability is really important to me. The stability on a staff is really important to me because you know you'll run the same offense every year.
"I like the coaches so far at all these schools," he said. "It's really hard to say who's recruiting me the hardest, but I've probably spoken with the coaches at Clemson, Florida and Oklahoma the most.
"I think Oklahoma will be dominant again once their QB situation is taken care of. Have you seen Adrian Peterson run? By next year, they'll probably win the national title.
"I'd like to make a decision by the end of the season. I want to play offensive tackle. You just feel like you can do more there because you aren't confined to a smaller space," he explained.
