"Florida is my leader," said Cromartie. "I really believe I have a better chance to play earlier there than at FSU. Florida State has signed a lot of receivers. I also really like the new staff and their facilities. We'll see. It will probably go down to the wire."
Besides Florida and FSU, Cromartie also likes Miami, LSU and Georgia.
Cromartie is on his way to the state track championships in Miami, where he will compete in the 110 and 300 hurdles, triple jump and 4x400 relay.
