"I told coach Stan Drayton a while ago that I was considering committing," Williams said. "But he told me to take some time and be sure. I'm visiting them on January 20 and that's when I'll probably make it official." Before his Gator visit, Williams will be tripping to Texas A&M on January 13. "I have some friends there and I feel really comfortable there because it's like home. I've liked A&M for a while too, but I've loved Florida since the first grade and I don't even know why. Coach Drayton told me that if I do go to Florida it will become my home and that the Gators will be my family. I really like all the coaches there and just think they are a great team."

Williams has already visited Colorado (November 5) and Oklahoma State (December 9). "It's really between Florida and A&M right now and I am going to still visit A&M, but it would take a lot to get me to change my mind. I really feel good about Florida right now."

Williams finished his senior season with 1650-yards rushing and 17 touchdowns. He also had 415 yards receiving and had two kick returns for scores.

He reports a 2.9 GPA and a 720 SAT score. Williams retook his SAT on December 3 and is waiting on his results.
