6-6, 280 pound offensive line prospect Trinton Sturdivant came away from Clemson's Junior Day very impressed. "It was nice. I had a great time," Sturdivant told after returning home. "I went up with my coach. I loved the weight program.

"I loved talking with Coach Scott. I loved how he made me feel like I was special. He gave me special treatment. I talked with Coach Scott for about an hour. He showed me a lot of film."

The North Carolina native also plans to be back in Death Valley in April. "Yeah I am planning to go back for the spring game," stated Sturdivant.

When asked who his current leaders are in the recruiting process, Sturdivant responded, "Things have changed a little for me. Florida, Georgia and Clemson are still some of my favorites, but I have also added some. I would say my top six are Florida, Georgia, Clemson, Florida State, Miami and Notre Dame."

New tight ends coach Billy Napier is recruiting the star lineman for the Tigers. "I bumped into Antwane Greenlee a couple of times. Coach Napier was playing around and got me, Antwane, someone at center and someone at tight end and lined us up together. He told us this could be the line of the future for Clemson."

The prize recruit was also impressed by the facilities, but it wasn't the WestZone that caught his attention. "What blew my mind is the weight room," he said. "That is where I would be living for a couple of years. They had an awesome weight room. The rest of the facilities are nice. They are building a multimillion dollar project on the stadium."

The offer list continues to grow for the star lineman who now counts over 21 offers. "My offers include Georgia, Florida, Florida State, Miami, Notre Dame, North Carolina State, Tennessee, Clemson, North Carolina, Oklahoma State, Mississippi and Virginia Tech," he said.
