Profile 2003 - J.K. Sabb (LB)

J.K. Sabb did a little bit of everything for Laney High School in Augusta, GA last season as he played running back and quarterback on offense. He was a mainstay at linebacker though, and that is the position he will play in college. He has good quickness and excellent lateral movement on a compact frame that is perfect for the "Mike" position of middle linebacker.

"I had about 1,500 yards from scrimmage last year," said Sabb. "On defense I had 123 tackles and 10 sacks. Teams are recruiting me to play linebacker. I've gone to the South Carolina and Georgia camps so far, and I'm going back to Georgia in July. My favorite teams are Georgia and South Carolina followed by Auburn, Florida, and Mississippi State."
