"I love playing with Joe and Reggie," said Thomas Miller. "They get all the attention. That's OK because it gives me and my brother some more opportunities. This season, we will show them all out."
Both Eric and Thomas prefer the offensive side of the ball but it is more than likely they end up playing defense. Now they play cornerback. But both players are in 6-2 and 180 pound range. Thomas is a tad bigger and faster. They will likely play safety at the next level.
"We both have good speed and athletic ability," said Eric Miller. "We can jump well, have good size, long arms, and we both love to hit. Teams say that want some big corners and we would love the chance. But we know we may end up playing safety if wide receiver does not work out."
Right now, the Miller twins have one written offer from Indiana and several verbal offers. They are a package deal and the best of friends. Both Miller brothers prefer to stay in the state of Florida.
"Right now, Florida, Florida State and Miami are my favorites," proclaimed Thomas. "I grew up a FSU fan and recently started liking Florida. Distance is a factor. I do not mind paying my dues. I do not want anything handed to me. I want to play college ball with my brother and play with a team that wins and has good tradition."
Eric agreed. "I would say Florida is one and Miami is two. Coach (Ron) Zook said they are looking for big corners and he told us to keep working hard and play well. I think they will offer this fall if we do those things. Of course, Miami is the National Champion and we like them too. Plus, you can get a great education at both schools. We also like Maryland and Clemson."
Ironically, both Thomas and Eric had shoulder surgery this spring to help repair shoulder separations. They also both want to major in engineering.
