The network's cameras are on the practice field, at the training table, attending a pep rally and ultimately taking fans closer to the action than ever before. The show uncovers the personalities of players and coaches, introduces fans to their families, spotlights their performance on the field and gets an up-close look at their day-to-day academic and athletic activities.
Hosted by Sun Sports' David Steele, UNDER THE LIGHTS(r): GATOR SPRING FOOTBALL also offers a special look at the close bonds formed between players and coaches. The interaction between offensive coordinator Dan Mullen and the quarterbacks he coaches particularly shines through, along with on and off-field sound from coaches Stan Drayton, Charlie Strong, Billy Gonzales and of course Head Coach Urban Meyer, as they work with seasoned and up-and-coming players alike. Fans will hear from Brandon Siler as he rallies his teammates and the fans at pre-spring game pep rally. At the annual picnic for players, coaches and their families, viewers will be introduced to Siler's family along with Cornelius Ingram, now a wide receiver at UF following a two-year backup stint at quarterback.
This one-hour show not only offers insight into the powerful Gator football program, but also entertains with rare and unique access. It's a must-see for Gator fans everywhere.
