"Right now I'm most interested in Florida, South Carolina, and Central Florida." Allen told us. "I've got offers from Nebraska, Ole Miss, Clemson, South Carolina and Louisville right now."

The 2007 standout has already made some early visits and told us about his next few ventures.

"I've already visited Florida," Allen said. "I went to a camp at Florida, and I'm going up there again real soon. I'll also be visiting South Carolina at the end of this month."

Allen's top three aforementioned schools have been showing a great deal of interest but, that's not the case with all of the schools that have offered him scholarships.

"I don't know what's going on with Nebraska," he said. "I'm not really hearing from them much now."

Most schools recruiting Allen are envisioning him at his current safety position on the collegiate level and he shared, "I have a natural nose for the ball. That's one of the biggest strengths on the field."

Don't expect Allen to pull the trigger with a decision anytime soon. He intends to wait until the end of football season before making an announcement.

"Right now location and playing time are going to be some of the more important things to me in making that decision," he said.
