[MEDIA:32874]
California quarterback Tommy Grady will take a college football tour later next month and one of his stops is Gainesville, Florida. Grady, from Huntington Beach (Calif.) Edison High School, is looking for an early decision.

A quarterback that has a hot hand this summer is Tommy Grady. His team, Huntington Beach (Calif.) Edison High School, has won a few passing tournaments of late. Grady is ready to take that hot hand to the Elite 11 camp which starts later this week.

"I am fired up about Elite 11," said Grady. "It starts on Wednesday and I can't wait to get that experience and see how I measure up with everyone else."

Grady is a big quarterback standing 6-6 and 213 pounds. His brother, Jeff Grady, will be the starting quarterback at Fresno State this season. In regards to recruiting, a decision could come by the season's start this fall.

"On August 10th, I leave for Florida. I will visit Miami, Florida, and Florida State. I am also going to visit LSU, Tennessee and Oklahoma. I am going with my father. I am hoping this expedites the process because I want to make my decision early before the season starts. I also like USC, UCLA, Washington State. All of those schools have offered me a scholarship."

Last season as a junior, Grady threw for 2,800 yards (65%), 33 touchdowns and only 3 interceptions. Their lone loss (11-1) was to Long Beach Poly 42-28.
